Sometimes they focus too much on making this place the funnest place on Earth, and they fail to execute.
Sometimes it is okay to not protect the culture and to execute on behalf of the investors. This will make it an uncomfortable place every once in a while.
Although I would rather work here for the rest of my life because of the culture, the lack of execution and process is unsustainable and will lead to a company that will be known for free food and wacky employees and not its products.
