Terrible work-life balance. You have to stay late in order to sync with the US.
Very poor code quality, even from senior and staff engineers.
There's no sense of striving for improvement, better quality, etc. – just get the stuff done and forget about it.

Unbelievable amount of chaos. It's hard to find out who is responsible for what. There's very little documentation, or it is outdated. Millions of Slack channels with poor descriptions, etc.
Lots of corporate-type trainings – a complete waste of time.
Try to make sure people from the same timezone work together. There's a huge amount of time wasted just waiting for answers.
Make async work the default way of communication.
Please demand better quality. GSD is ok in the short term, but not in the long run.
Please address issues with the dev environment. You won't believe how much time people can't do normal work because of it being broken.
