Box has all the problems that come with hypergrowth. On the one hand, processes and organizations don't work the way they should. On the other hand, we're no longer the intimate company that we were before. Both are painful, but made worth it by the benefit.

Avoid bureaucracy at all costs as we grow, or we'll lose our culture and our competitive advantage.
