I was pleasantly surprised by the interview process, seeing some of the other reviews here on Glassdoor. I raised my concerns to the recruiter, who was able to answer and reassure me that that isn't what the process is like and that they're looking into the reviews and taking them seriously.

I got the opportunity to chat with the recruiter about Brex and appreciated how transparent and open they were about long-term plans and the company's business. While it seems too early to say, Brex seems to have quite the trajectory.

Though I didn't end up getting an offer, I thought the process was short and easy to maneuver. The engineering team also seems very smart and of high caliber. I'm going to try again in a year.
