Pros: - I like our values and our culture. They are not just written but demonstrated time and time again.
- Everyone is hardworking and driven and wants to get stuff done.
- I will go to war for the CEO. I really like him.
- We ship stuff really fast.
- We are solving a problem that is worth solving.
Cons: - Lot of competition.
- Company might be overvalued since macros have changed.
- A lot of things are outside of our control. We are eating the business of companies like Amex and Concur, and that is not a straight line to success.

Pros: - Ability to initiate improvements, changes, etc., and have them thoughtfully considered and executed with support.
- Investment in firming our engineering foundation to attain even larger scale.
- Mutual respect for schedules, timezones, and various remote locations, etc., to foster a healthy WLB.
Cons: Still some small gaps and growing pains here and there, but that is to be expected considering the company's growth.
