- Very competitive compensation.
- Fun environment to work in while the company is growing a ton.
- Reasonably talented team, although not the best I've ever worked with.
- The company seems somewhat lost in terms of what to do after their latest pivot to empower.
- Design by committee dominates, with everyone having an opinion about everything all the time.
- The company is pretty large now but is trying to create a new product. It would probably be better served by having less people work on it, with less "design by committee."
