Great software engineering role, with excellent benefits
Excellent pay and benefits, relatively good work-life balance (depends on the team), and good executive staff. There are some very thoughtful, smart people on the engineering team, and everybody has been very welcoming so far.
Even with the current macroeconomic climate, I'm optimistic about where Brex is headed.
As an employee, no huge downsides so far. As a company, communication with customers has struggled lately. However, that hasn't hugely impacted my personal experience.
