• A really high level of talent across the organization.
• A well-spoken and compassionate CEO with a ton of industry experience.
• High quality of leadership and experience in the technology organization.
• Incredibly collaborative; opinionated but not dogmatic.

The only "cons" would be typical high-growth startup problems: recruiting, organization, process, etc. However, Brightline approaches these issues in such a collaborative way, it feels like we're all in it together trying to solve these problems.
