• a really high level of talent across the organization
• a well-spoken and compassionate CEO with a ton of industry experience
• high quality of leadership and experience in the technology organization
• incredibly collaborative; opinionated but not dogmatic

The only "cons" would be typical high-growth startup problems - recruiting, organization, process, etc. However, Brightline approaches these issues in such a collaborative way, it feels like we're all in it together trying to solve these problems.
