Pros: Broadcom has competitive compensation and benefits. The work is challenging and keeps me constantly busy, requiring me to continually improve productivity. Management has been very accommodating to me.
Cons: I've worked here many years and found management to be honest with each other. That has made it a good place to work.
However, I have seen overtime management playing a political game with each other, protecting their own employees under them.
