Process
For the first time, a phone interview is conducted by the HR recruiter for about half an hour. After passing the HR interview, the hiring manager will call and interview again on the phone to see if the candidate is a fit for the job. If the second phone call is passed, then the HR will set up an in-person interview with a group of four people.
