Pros: Broadcom offered immense exposure as a student. As a graduate student, I learned a lot. I also handled responsibilities as a full-time employee, considering my 8 hours/day time constraints. I had a very helpful team, which was available for all my doubts and queries any time. My mentor and manager were considerate of my work and study balance. I have learned a lot from my team, which enhanced my skills.

Cons: Not enough events for interns.

Pros: Okay, ish to work here.

Pros: The CEO and company are generous enough to give adequate compensation.

Cons: Poor management skills and technical capabilities in customer support. Support Managers are not technical but pretend to know everything. They can only manage junior engineers who are from integration and testing backgrounds. There's a lack of full understanding of data flow to solve problems. The credit for easy fixes is taken, and difficult ones are thrown to those who are actually to blame. Many of the fixes for customers only cover the surface. No one is able and willing to solve the root problem.
