After a phone interview, I proceeded to an onsite interview. I applied for the position last May.
The manager called me and asked some basic questions about my studies. For most of the interview, I introduced myself.
A week later, the manager invited me for an onsite interview. Three people interviewed me, and they were pretty nice.
