Very structured and to the point, mostly technical. This was a phone interview; there were three people: one from test, one from product, and one from systems. The interview lasted about 3 hours. Interviewers seemed very abrupt.

Cons: Too rigid, cannot deviate from procedures.

Good & Stable Company with Poor Benefits

Pros: - Good work environment.
- Flexible work hours.
- On-site gym.
- Stable job and company doing great.
- Good health insurance benefits.
Cons: - Poor 401K matching.
- Zero vacation (advertised as unlimited vacation), no time bank accrual. Obviously no cash out option either.
- Cannot take more than 2 weeks off at a time. This information was not shared by the hiring manager or HR during the interview process. This is absolutely a big no for someone like me who travels back home to Asia.
- Avoid getting a job in Ops; they are treated as a foster child. The mind-set in the company is, "BU brings revenue, OPS is cost overhead".
- Product Engineering roles are technically Program Manager roles.
