Pros: 1. Good employee stock benefits in terms of RSUs. 2. Strong technical environment, with many patented technologies developed in-house by industry experts. This provides an opportunity for gaining deep technical understanding, provided you have the opportunity to work and learn from them. 3. Technically challenging work with a limited workforce, offering many opportunities for making an impact. 4. Multicultural environment, providing exposure to different people all over the world.

Cons: 1. Limited opportunities to climb into management positions. 2. Limited external training opportunities for career development.

Pros: Great salary and benefits. Best culture experienced within the industry. Supports employee growth through tuition reimbursement. Consistently growing as a company since joining.

Cons: Not a ton of downsides to explain. There has been some loss of company perks since joining, including less social budget, office supply budget, and things of that nature. Overall, however, Broadcom still far outpaces any other companies I have worked for within the industry.
