A long interview was followed by a live coding session. I was asked about previous experiences and presented with a semi-hard coding question. In my opinion, the interview portion was too long. The coding session was a bit stressful but not very difficult.

Pros: The one and only: the stock options (RSUs).
Cons: Everything else. Quite pirating from Indian management, absolute nonsense decisions just to survive a few more months to get another grant of RSUs. Pure game of thrones: if you are in the right gossip triangle, you will survive; otherwise, you will be on the list.
