Pros: Dynamic environment and flexible hours. Learning new things every day. Good for career development.
Cons: The project planning and execution could be a bit better. It's a waste of everyone's time if a project is cut short after months of work. Compensation and benefits could be better, such as prescription glasses and RMTs.
