I applied through the school's co-op site and was scheduled for an interview a few days after the posting closed.
The interview was 45-60 minutes and was conducted with three people over the phone. Most of the interview involved going over the technical skills listed on my resume. A short programming exercise was also given.
The only technical questions that were asked were basic operating system questions, for example:
The interview was relaxed and was very similar to interviews from other companies requiring similar skills.
Note that the interview was for a large number of software development positions and was catered to the applicant's interests. In my case, it was low-level programming.
