Pros: Good salary, good RSU value.

Cons: Bad management, too much firing.

Pros: 1. Employees here are very experienced (most of them have 12-15 years of experience in the same company), which gives them a good idea of the internal products, their flow, and functionality. 2. Great campus in Hyderabad. 3. Good salary packages for permanent employees. 4. Will get to work on Linux machines and new tools.

Cons: 1. Despite so much experience, no one is willing to help new resources understand the product or its functionality. 2. The manager works only on the agenda of user story completion status and doesn't inquire about the challenges faced by the team. 3. If you approach your manager with a concern, you'll be heard and listened to. In the end, when you're expecting constructive feedback, you'll be criticized. 4. Contractors are treated as contractors. You'll clearly see discrimination in the workplace. 5. Most employees here are insecure about frequent firings. Due to this, you don't get the required information when asked. 6. If you're joining a new project, you'll have to understand everything on your own. Since most products here are internal, you won't get additional information on the internet. Settling into the project will easily take 2-3 months. This duration will be torturous as you'll have to complete assigned user stories with minimal information provided. 7. There's no work-life balance. One has to work all week long and still work over the weekend to get their tasks done. 8. We are put into a team but never see any teamwork anywhere.

Pros: RSU is only the carrot.

Cons: Worst work culture and work-life balance is too bad.
