Pros: Broadcom is the best place to work if you need good benefits for the family. Broadcom is also large enough if you want to grow in your career.
Cons: Broadcom is a busy place to work. You have to put in a lot of hours per week in order to finish your tasks for the job.

Pros: Good pay.
Flexi-time.
If you are in a senior post, you can overshadow your juniors easily and take credit for what they have done.
Cons: Flexi-time means you will be regressing testing some days, all throughout the nights and weeks.
Just looking at pay, don't fall for the company.
Needs to improve a lot as an MNC to sustain.
Hierarchy is not maintained.
