Process

I sent my resume to my friend, who forwarded it to his manager.

I received an email from the manager asking for times when I was free for a quick interview.

I then got a confirmation email regarding the interview date.

It was a 45-minute phone interview, which was basically a round of technical questions, mostly related to Verilog.

The interview should go well, as long as you remember details from your projects and especially the Verilog commands.

Questions that were asked included:

  • Basic questions on Verilog.
  • Verilog code for some implementations.
  • Continuous assignments vs. procedural assignments.
  • Blocking vs. non-blocking assignments, etc.

There were a few more, but I can't recall all of them.

All the best!
