Pros: Broadcom was a great working environment. The job was challenging (in a good way), with great co-workers. I felt compensation was fair for the required effort. The company continues to push you to achieve more.
Cons: Working for Broadcom can be stressful if you can't let work take a back seat at times. The management team will continue to demand as much as you will give.
