People are helpful and great to work with. Access to industry-leading tools and equipment. Great support teams are there for engineering support for various projects.
Cross-functional team communication could be better. There are too many "silos" when it comes to teams and business units working off on their own. The culture feels very corporate.
Break down the silo walls and open up channels for intra-team communication and collaboration.
Invest in the employees, and they will pay dividends for years to come.
