  1. Technology leader

  3. Flexibility to move around in different domains and teams.

Cons
  1. Many of the well-established teams are more laid-back.
  2. For a relatively fresh engineer, it may get mundane if one is not motivated, as the intent is quicker time to market.
  3. A lot of hierarchy and grades within the organization. A change in grade doesn't warrant any change in the sort of work you would be given.
Advice to Management
  1. Make the work environment a little more dynamic.
  2. Create a functional rotation program for top-performing employees (in line with GE, GM, HP, IBM, etc.), as they would take the company forward in the future.
