Good Place to Work
Broadcom has competitive compensation and benefits. The work is challenging and keeps me constantly busy, requiring me to continually improve productivity. Management has been very accommodating to me.
I've worked here many years and found management to be honest with each other. That has made it a good place to work.
However, I have seen overtime management playing a political game with each other, protecting their own employees under them.
I hope upper management is able to clean up some of the lower management who are not totally forthright. This would eliminate some of the political games going on.
