Challenging and interesting work. Good people to work with. Able to work independently. Flexible hours without insane schedules. Well-equipped labs. Very supportive management. State-of-the-art products that sell well. The company is profitable. Best job I ever had.
Post-merger management has made lots of payroll cuts. Employees worry that they might be next.
Keep focused on maintaining and improving market share in existing markets.
My worry is that the current cuts may be too deep to stay ahead of the curve in developing new products.
