Broadcom is an exceptionally well-run company, delivering strong shareholder returns and offering an environment where engineers are valued and working on franchise-leading products.
Because of the divisional structure, there is less opportunity to cross-pollinate and learn with any depth across disciplines or product lines. It's a top-down company.
Continue to evolve in order to retain top talent and continue to drive leadership products across the board.

Initial phone screen with the hiring manager, and then three 1-hour technical interviews with engineers on the team. Pretty straightforward and not that difficult. Don't worry too much about it!
Apply through internal recommendation.
