A very good company to learn about wireless technology. There's no difference between a contractor and a permanent employee.
Conversion from contractor to permanent employee is not possible, even though both do the same work.
Compensation is also not good; it's average. You have more work, and even have to go to the office on weekends to support.
Any advice from a contract employee will not be listened to.
