OSD has the worst leadership from top to bottom. There is a lot of favoritism and nepotism.
Some people get to work remotely forever, and some others have to mail packages for people that get to work remotely forever.
Going to the right schools and working for the right former companies are the only ways to help you get ahead.
I don’t think they have the capability to listen or accept any opinion other than their own.
