One of the worst companies I ever worked with!
Work on high-tech stuff that has no value or very little value in the market. The companies that do this kind of work are also more or less the same. Examples: Inphi, MACOM, Lumentum, etc. Stocks are only the thing you can back up on.
Poor management, poor base compensation, no work-life balance. Everyone wants to be a manager here, so they don’t work.
First, learn the work yourself completely so you can guide better. If it is a high-tech new area to explore and you have little idea about it, then please don’t expect much from your engineers, as if you don’t know much, then they are also in the same boat.
