Pros

If you have no job and get an offer from this company, this is a good stepping stone while you learn.

I think this is still a stable company (no layoffs yet).

Cons
  • No vacation (unlimited vacation in management terms) leads to 1/2 - 3/4 months less money than other companies for many employees.
  • No raise for promotion (neither stock nor salary). If I knew this earlier, I would not have liked a promotion!
  • Almost no matching on 401k (1.2%? I don't remember the smaller fraction).
  • Fire-fighter style with no monetary rewards!
Advice to Management

I am sure most employees are losing morale as hard work is never compensated.
