Amazing company - no politics
A very focused and goal-oriented engineering company. No-nonsense.
A very flat structure removes politics and hostility from the workplace.
Everyone is always very helpful, considering how hard everyone works.
No unnecessary middle management.
Very good mentorships.
Even the managers are extremely hard-working engineers, unlike other companies I have worked for.
Compensation reflects the hard work everyone puts in.
If you are a mediocre engineer hoping to get promotions and go to a management track, this company is not for you. (If this can even be considered a con.)
