Good overall culture. Scott McGregor has great vision, and the company has a good roadmap.
More senior employees do not feel respected and valued. It seems like the team has high turnover (due to better opportunities elsewhere), with senior members being replaced by more and more junior (thus cheaper) engineers.
The vacation policy (no longer accumulation-based) is just plain wrong. Compensation is unfair (under market value, especially for senior people). A lot of work but no reward leads to a lack of motivation and turnover.
Instead of making expensive acquisitions overseas (especially those that make no sense) and pleasing shareholders, spend the money on motivating and retaining senior employees.
