Engineering-centric workplace. Enough work to keep you busy. To get challenging work, you have to be in the right group, under the right person. Work-life balance is neutral. The gym facility is good.
Same as any big company, your visibility is limited. There is no designated paid time off limit. It needs too many approvals for getting long paid time off. Mostly, paid time off doesn't get used.
