For the size of the company, politics is definitely less.

Choose the correct team, as quite a few teams are difficult places to work (no work-life balance, lots of internal bickering).
Information sharing is very poor and difficult to gather info.
Career growth will be slow for most, except a few well-connected individuals.
Hire and fire is very common, so be mindful right from the day of joining.
