Pros

One person can do a lot of technical things. Salary is good. Stock reward was pretty good, but getting much less year by year.

If you're in a good team with a good manager, it's the best place. If you're in a bad team or work for a dirt-hearted manager, change the job if possible.

Cons

The performance review and promotion process is so unfair. Things are in a black box, purely depending on whether managers are trustworthy or not.

More and more politics are being added to slow down growth.

Advice to Management

Reduce the useless, non-contributing managers, directors, and VPs.
