Unlimited Time Off:

Request it. As long as your manager approves, you're good to go.

I really love my manager and their manager.

Cons

After COVID shut everything down, we went WFH full time.

Mr. Tan didn't appreciate no butts in chairs.

With restrictions lifting, unless you have a COVID-related symptom, your butt needs to be in the office.

Upper management seems focused on the top dollar and not your well-being.
