The reasons from VMware's side:

1. Technical knowledge gained at VMware is so poor and not related to my career path.
2. Most of the technical leads there are not eligible to lead, both technically and personally.
3. There are always fake escalations, which affects the managers' perception without them trying to know the actual reasons. No managers try to give any kind of protection or be fair.
4. There is no clear view of how a person can build a career path in such a toxic environment where leads with bad technical experience are responsible for giving feedback, and there's no protection from Musala's side.
5. Managers listen to this feedback without analyzing it or trying to know the truth.
6. I am really wondering how these technical leads I met there are working as technical leads. If I had the authority to hire, I would not accept them even as juniors.
