Pros

Stock was soaring, hit a split, and has crashed since. But still a good dividend generator. Anyone who works here is incentivized with RSUs and not necessarily top salary.

Cons

No innovation, just acquisition. Ruthless cost-cutting may help the business, but not necessarily their customers. Basically, laying off whole groups in the US and pushing maintenance to India is not a great long-term play.

Advice to Management

You've laid off some top-tier talent and can never get them back if you decide you need to innovate again.
