The benefits at Broadcom (pay, stocks, other benefits) are top-notch.
The office culture is good, and the managers are quite technical and hands-on.
Very marketing-driven company.
Upward mobility (as in more responsibilities, etc.) is not really there, especially as some of the business units are in a holding pattern and don't have growth (while still being quite profitable).
Figure out how to grow in your broadband group.
