Lots of chance to learn and work together with many excellent engineers.
Much information is open to all employees if they try to find it.
I don't think managing the organization is good because only partial people are contributing and there are not a few people who are hard to know what they are doing.
And a certain team seems to be sustained for a political reason.
Most employees want someone responsible for wrong company decisions punished. Wrong decisions made by higher management have made things hard for many employees.
