Decent amount of innovation going on - enough budget to "try" new things that aren't always "by the book".

Relatively "flexible" hours.

Cross-functional work is relatively easy, without major roadblocks.
- Facility Security team run by rather infantile "Toy Cops".
- Hard to be "heard" in such a large organization.
The BU managers need to have more "Team Sessions" so they can get a "feel" for what's really going on.
