Pros

The salary package is good. It will be great if they don’t cost-cut on necessary tasks. Working towards this cost-cutting effort leads to missing actual feature development.

Cons

The Broadcom acquisition of CA Technologies has led to issues.

Software teams' floors do not have supplies. Salary hikes are not provided.

During the pandemic's peak, COVID, they wanted people to come to the office, saying they did not discriminate between software and hardware. But they do.

Advice to Management

Treat employees well.
