Pros

RSUs are apparently fairly generous.

Cons

The one and only concern is the share price. It should be an important, likely top priority, but should NOT be the only one. It is being run in a very private equity model. RTO was decreed with no explicit reason given, indicating either a complete lack of trust in employees or a desire to get people to quit without offering severance.

Advice to Management

I have no advice that I think they would hear.
