Good company, great people. The team in Israel, while I worked there, was small enough to have a startup feel, keeping the best parts from big organizations and small companies.
It's hard to progress. Projects are handled by managers who sit in other companies and are less connected to individual contributors.
Make sure you know the potential of your developers. If you take too long to respond to career decisions made by your star developers, you'll lose them.
