Pros

Stocks are good, but on the downside, the salary is below average.

Cons

No diversity hiring or inclusiveness. This being 2023, where every company makes some effort to have diversity hiring. Employees are resources. Just that. They are not treated as humans. The CEO is pretty clear and vocal that "we are not here to treat you well, we're paying you to do a job." Toxic work culture in its worst form. Employees are pitted against each other in a way that no one wants to do any KT or training or even pass on the most basic product knowledge. People behave in a very insecure manner. The management seems to think that people can be bought for a price, after which they are machines to be disposed of when sick or unwell. There is not even a single female manager or director in the entire Bangalore office. Women are very few, and the workplace environment is unsuitable for women. The company does not do anything to change this. This company is recommended to people who place making money over everything else, who have no conscience, and do not care about having a personal life.

Advice to Management

What advice can be given to management which puts money above everything else and has zero ethics to speak of?
