Great pay. I loved the team I worked on. Good benefits. Good severance package.
Does not allow remote workers (engineering).
Not a friendly feeling company.
Allow remote workers! Allow direct management to have a say in who gets laid off. Upper management could be more balanced with respect to employee vs. shareholders.
