Everyone is on the same page in terms of where the company is going.

Brainwashing by senior company management is not necessary here.

The work is definitely challenging.

There is no reason for an engineer to become technically extinct here.

A lot of hours are required to be successful here due to the nature of working on leading-edge products. Employees are self-driven here, so extended work hours don't seem to be too much of an issue. Work hard and play hard.

I would like to see senior engineering managers start to focus just a little more on processes in a growing organization and less on the day-to-day technical details.
