Great compensation and stock plan
Middle management kept hiring people even though upper management had already decided to fire the team they were hiring for (multiple teams were reduced). Higher management seems clueless on what would help the product.
- The product owner did not have a clear vision of how things should work.
- People only wanted to get their job done ASAP and did not care about best practices.
- There was a huge amount of tech debt.
Be more transparent across the levels and form a clear vision on how to advance the product forward.
