Illogical Blanket Policies
They offer great compensation in the form of base pay, RSU, and bonus.
They are antiquated in some of the software technologies they produce (this is highly BU specific).
They apply blanket policies that don’t make sense. For example, they expect me to go from a remote employee to an office, which would mean 3 hours commuting daily to an office where none of my colleagues work.
