Most of my co-workers work hard and are competent. The managers are promoted from engineers; they usually work longer hours than engineers and know the details of engineers' work. You can get the necessary resources to do the job.
Senior management does not have a clear vision on the product roadmap. The salary is low, but it used to have good stock-based compensation. Now it is only one-third of what it used to be. Newcomers get even less.
nothing to say.
Basic phone screening followed by three technical rounds. All questions were on C programming and operating systems. There was also a short round on embedded system design. The questions were moderately difficult, but I can't recall much more abou
Multiple interviews focused on: * C * Networking and operating systems * TCP/IP * Switching * Routing * Protocols * OSPF * RSTP Followed by HR questions and salary discussions. Data structure puzzles and system design principles wer
Interviewers are nice. Questions are based on your resume. Basic C / Linux questions: * Stack * Heap * Static variables Debug skills. Tools: * Wireshark * Scope * Logic analyzer
